Premiere Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is located in the Inverness/Greystone area.  Premiere is accessible from HWY 280, and from Valleydale Road. Located in the Inverness Heights Shopping Center (TJ MAXX) adjacent to LensCrafters.

From 280 East (Heading AWAY from Birmingham)

• Take HWY 280 towards Inverness. 
• As you pass Wendy’s on the left, proceed to get into the left lane. 
• Turn left onto Cahaba Beach/Valleydale Road.  Home Depot will be to your left.
• Turn right into the parking lot of Inverness Heights.  (This is directly across the street from Home Depot)
• Turn Right into the first parking lot, and the facility is on the right, next to LensCrafters.

From 280 West (Heading TOWARDS Birmingham)

       There are two ways to enter the parking lot

• Take a right into Inverness Heights Shopping center at the top of the hill.  This driveway is located just after you pass the traffic light past the Meadowbrook & BrookHighland Shopping Center road. 
• Do not head into the TJ Maxx parking lot, but stay on that service road and look for the LensCrafters and Premiere Physical Therapy Sign. 
• Turn left into the parking lot, and the facility is on the right, next to LensCrafters.
• OR
• Take a right onto Cahaba Beach/Valleydale Road. LensCrafters will be on your right.

• Turn right into the parking lot of Inverness Heights.  (This is directly across the street from Home Depot)

• Turn Right into the first parking lot, and the facility is on the right, next to LensCrafters.

From Valleydale Road: 

• Follow Valleydale Road and cross HWY 280. 

• Take a right onto Cahaba Beach/Valleydale Road. LensCrafters will be on your right.

• Turn right into the parking lot of Inverness Heights.  (This is directly across the street from Home Depot)

• Turn Right into the first parking lot, and the facility is on the right, next to LensCrafters.
